Château Reynier – Heritage red wine
Château Reynier is located on the heights of Entre-deux-Mers, 10 km from Saint-Emilion.
Winemaking : The quality of the red grapes comes from careful work in the vineyard. Rigorous selection of the harvest (varieties and plots are vinified separately). Classic Bordeaux vinification: destemming, fermentation between 25 and 30°. Maceration for 3 to 4 weeks to obtain more complexity, malolactic fermentation. Aging 18 months in French oak barrels in the stone cellar of the manor.
Type of soil : Limestone and clay with asteria limestone subsoil.
Environment : Sustainable agriculture and Organic certified in 2022. Our vineyard management maintains the biodiversity and sustainability. Certified by The Vegan Society and HVE3 (meaning “high environmental value”).
