Marc & Agnès Lurton vineyards

It is deep down in our Bordeaux roots that we find our strength and our inspiration.

As the descendant of a great Bordeaux wine-growing family, a qualified oenologist and an international wine consultant, I have drawn on my long experience and savoir-faire to make a range of wines that are attractive and delicious and can be enjoyed on any occasion.

My wife Agnès and I run Vignobles Marc & Agnès Lurton, a company which includes Château Reynier and Château de Bouchet estates acquired by my grandfather in 1901. Our second daughter Pauline, the 6 generation of the family, joined the family estate since 2019. Our two properties are located in Grezillac, in Bordeaux’s Entre-Deux-Mers region, some 10 km south of Saint- Emilion. The 99 acres of vines are made up of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot (for the red and rosé wines) and Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Muscadelle (for the whites), and are planted on slopes in outstanding clay-limestone terroir.

We would be delighted to welcome you at our estate to discover our wines and our underground limestone cellar, which was cut from the rock to provide the stones for the construction of Château Reynier, a 15th century fortified manor.
